**Job Summary**

Accountability Recruitment is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join their team in the construction industry. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the team, ensuring the smooth operation of the office, and assisting with accounts and administration tasks.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • **Inputting and Processing Invoices**: Accurately input invoices onto the company's accounting system, ensuring timely and efficient processing.
  • **Administrative Support**: Provide administrative support to the team, including generating invoices, monitoring office stationery, and reordering as needed.
  • **Petty Cash Management**: Manage the company's petty cash, ensuring accurate records and timely reconciliation.
  • **Communication and Customer Service**: Answer incoming calls, direct enquiries to the correct person, and manage company inboxes to ensure excellent customer service.
  • **Office Maintenance and Administration**: Assist with scheduling, answer queries regarding rotas, and maintain office contracts and health and safety administration.

**Requirements:**

  • Previous office administration experience, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Confidence in working independently and proactively ensuring the office runs smoothly.
  • Previous exposure to accounts duties and invoicing is beneficial but not essential.
