Experience in supporting individuals with specific health conditions would be advantageous for this position.

At our service, we offer comprehensive training to equip our Care Assistants with the necessary skills through our tailored induction program.

This training will provide you with valuable skills that you can utilize throughout your career.

Our facility is a spacious residence with a beautiful outdoor area, where we support three individuals in all aspects of their daily lives.

The role of a Care Assistant is dynamic, involving community outings, social gatherings in our garden, dining experiences, shopping trips, and family visits.

Additionally, the position includes domestic responsibilities, ensuring health and safety within the home, as well as tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and gardening to maintain a well-functioning household.

This role is highly personal, providing assistance with personal care, grooming, meal support, health management, and medication administration.

No two days will be alike; some may present challenges, while others will be exciting and immensely rewarding.
There will also be quieter days that may feel repetitive.

Overall, being a Care Assistant is a fulfilling role, and you will be part of a team that genuinely makes a difference in people's lives.


What We Seek:

Contract Options:
Full-time: 37.5 hours

Shift Times:
Our services operate 24 hours a day.

We prepare rotas at least four weeks in advance, allowing you to plan your personal and social commitments.
Shifts may include:
- Day shifts: 7am-2pm, 2pm-9pm, or 7am-9pm
- Sleep-ins: 9pm - 7am
