Job Title: Senior IFA Administration Manager
Location: Central London/Hybrid
Salary: £50,000 and Bonus/Benefits
Our client, a highly regarded and well-established Wealth Management firm, is seeking a highly talented Senior IFA Administration specialist to join their management team. The ideal candidate will have experience in supervising and managing an IFA/Client services team within a Wealth Management firm or practice.
This is a critical role within the business, offering the opportunity to recommend and implement new ideas and processes to improve the overall performance and capability of the function. The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of people management, including mentoring, support, training, and recruitment within the team.
The firm is committed to delivering exceptional client service, and it is essential that the function prioritizes the client's needs in all aspects of its daily activities. To be considered, the candidate will possess a number of years of experience in IFA Administration, with some experience of managing or supervising a team of administrators.
The ideal candidate will have confident presentation skills, the ability to work in a pressurized, deadline-driven environment, and the ability to implement change and drive improvement processes.
