Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to our CEO and ensure the smooth operation of our office. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational and time management abilities, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the CEO's calendar and schedule meetings
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare itineraries
  • Screen and direct phone calls and emails
  • Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports
  • Conduct research and compile data for presentations or reports
  • Attend meetings to take minutes and follow up on action items
  • Collaborate with other staff and handle communication on behalf of the CEO
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports and budgets
  • Manage office supplies and equipment
  • Assist in organizing events and company functions
  • Handle sensitive information with confidentiality
  • Act as the point of contact between the CEO and internal/external clients
  • Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Provide administrative support as needed
  • Contribute to the overall efficiency of the office
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar administrative role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
  • Detail-oriented and capable of multitasking
  • Familiarity with basic accounting principles
  • Ability to adapt to various work styles and environments
  • Experience in event planning and coordination
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Strong sense of professionalism and ethics
