Job Summary:

Hancod Digital is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to provide exceptional administrative support to our CEO. This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Calendar Management: Manage the CEO's calendar, schedule meetings, and ensure seamless coordination of events.
  • Travel Coordination: Arrange travel itineraries, book flights and accommodations, and make necessary travel arrangements.
  • Communication: Screen and direct phone calls, respond to emails, and handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Correspondence: Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports as needed.
  • Research and Data: Conduct research, compile data, and assist in the preparation of presentations and reports.
  • Meeting Support: Attend meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with other staff members, handle communication on behalf of the CEO, and provide administrative support as needed.
  • Office Management: Manage office supplies, equipment, and ensure the overall efficiency of the office.
  • Event Planning: Assist in organizing events, company functions, and ensure their successful execution.
  • Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and maintain the highest level of professionalism.
Required Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational and time management abilities, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Personal Qualities: Exceptional problem-solving skills, ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and maintain a high level of professionalism.
