Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Internal Business Development Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the charity sector.
Key Responsibilities- Prospecting and Sales: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the charity sector, with a focus on generating a new pipeline of customers.
- Lead Generation: Respond to all inbound leads directly from potential customers or partners, and proactively cold call and sign up new business opportunities.
- Account Management: Liaise with customers and internal teams to get account applications fully completed, signed, and submitted to relevant acquirers.
- Product Knowledge: Ensure the correct product is ordered and relevant contract signed, and provide a smooth handover to Customer Service.
- Education: Good level of education, with a degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role, or previous charity experience and a strong network of contacts.
- Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, self-motivated, results-oriented, with a positive outlook, good time management, administration, planning, and organizational skills.
