About the Role

Pertemps Northampton is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruitment Consultant to join their team. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting top talent for various clients across the UK and Europe.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sourcing and Recruitment: Identify and attract top IT and educational professionals based throughout the UK.
  • New Business Development: Generate and identify new business opportunities with organizations across Europe.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the existing sales team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Target Achievement: Negotiate and achieve established weekly, monthly, and yearly targets, driving business growth and revenue.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure all production activities comply with the company's quality procedures, maintaining the highest standards of excellence.
  • HR Support: Assist with HR tasks, maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers, and support the selection process for new consultants and technicians.
Requirements
  • Education: Educated to at least A-level standard.
  • Mathematics and English: Must be at least GCSE grade C standard in Mathematics and English Language.
  • Customer-Facing Experience: Must be experienced in a customer-facing role, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Presentation and Articulation: Must be very presentable and articulate, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues.
