About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Floor Manager to join our team at Frasers Group. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth in our luxury fashion store.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide a world-class customer experience, demonstrating a deep understanding of our luxury beauty and fashion products.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, identifying their needs and preferences to deliver personalized service.
  • Lead by example, coaching and developing our sales team to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
  • Ensure that all operational tasks are completed to the highest standard, maintaining a clean and tidy store environment.
  • Drive sales growth through effective product knowledge, visual merchandising, and in-store events.
  • Collaborate with the store management team to achieve business objectives and implement company policies.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with brand representatives and suppliers.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, applying this knowledge to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a retail management role, preferably in the luxury fashion or beauty industry.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a strong ability to build relationships and drive sales growth.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to develop and motivate a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues, customers, and suppliers.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and special events.
