About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Specification Sales Manager to join our team in the Commercial Interiors sector. As a Specification Sales Manager, you will be responsible for generating specifications with specifiers, architects, and interior designers, as well as managing and selling directly to fit-out contractors and flooring contractors.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Generate specifications with specifiers, architects, and interior designers
  • Manage and sell directly to fit-out contractors and flooring contractors
  • Meet and exceed sales targets
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments
About the Company

Our client is a well-established and reputable company in the Commercial Interiors sector, with a strong presence in the UK market. They offer a range of stylish and on-trend interior products, and are known for their excellent customer service and support.

What We Offer

  • £50,000-£55,000 per annum

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven track record of selling into the architects or interior designers (A&D) specification marketplace
  • Experience of selling into office blocks, education sector, hospitality & leisure, high rise residential, and healthcare
  • Strong relationships with specifiers, architects, and interior designers
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
