At Mitchell Maguire, we're seeking a talented Specification Sales Manager Flooring to join our team. As a key player in our sales department, you'll be responsible for driving business growth and developing strong relationships with clients in the A&D, Architects, Interior Designers, and Specification Sales Manager sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, specifiers, and industry partners
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, products, and services to provide expert advice to clients
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience in the flooring industry
  • Strong understanding of the A&D, Architects, Interior Designers, and Specification Sales Manager sectors
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
