Job Summary

As a Project Coordinator at Celestra, you'll be the first point of contact for customer and supplier interactions. You'll establish strong relationships with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery. Your responsibilities will include working closely with the Project Manager to prepare comprehensive action plans, coordinating tasks, and performing administrative duties.
Key Responsibilities

* Ensure customer orders are processed according to company procedures
* Allocate engineering resources for customer tasks
* Maintain Celestra's internal systems for accurate project scheduling
* Work with the Project Administrator to ensure documentation is up-to-date
* Communicate effectively with clients and Project Managers to resolve issues
* Ensure accurate invoicing information is available
* Communicate with field resources on job details, instructions, and costings
* Perform administrative tasks, including daily and weekly reporting
* Create quotations from set fees for project tasks
* Adhere to Celestra's project management principles and guidelines

Requirements

* Proven experience in customer service or office administration
* Understanding of project management principles, including risks, issues, and change control
* Excellent organizational skills in a fast-paced environment
* IT literacy, including MS Office and system management
* Decisive, tenacious, and committed
* Willing to learn and adapt
* Attention to detail
* Ability to communicate at different levels of stakeholders
