Project Manager at Celestra

We are seeking a dedicated Project Manager to join our dynamic team at Celestra. In this role, you will oversee critical client accounts and guide the Project Team towards achieving successful project results. Your collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders will be essential in ensuring that project objectives are accomplished efficiently and within financial parameters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary liaison for clients, ensuring that project performance indicators are met
  • Implement Celestra's project management protocols utilizing the Kronus methodology
  • Identify and manage risks, oversee change control, and draft statements of work
  • Monitor financial aspects and evaluate profit and loss statements
  • Manage daily invoicing and billing processes
  • Provide support to the team during peak periods and staff absences
  • Address on-site challenges as they occur
  • Anticipate the need for external resources
  • Establish and nurture relationships with field personnel
  • Coordinate with other Project teams to ensure seamless project execution

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in Project Management
  • Background in the hospitality and retail industries is a plus
  • Capacity to manage high-pressure situations and adhere to deadlines
  • Possession of a valid UK Full Driving Licence
