About the Role:

Are you an experienced Electrical Project Manager or a site manager ready for the next step? We are recruiting for a leading Mechanical and Electrical Contractor known for high-quality projects in commercial, industrial, and residential sectors. This role rewards hard work and results.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of electrical projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution. Manage a single project on-site with support from a contracts manager. Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with project specifications and safety regulations. Handle programming, procurement, finances, health and safety, and deliver snag-free projects. Prepare and present project reports, manage risks, and foster strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors, ensuring a smooth handover with final accounts and O&M documentation.

Experience and Qualifications:

Extensive experience in delivering projects from pre-construction to final handover is essential. You should have experience managing teams across multiple or larger projects. A solid understanding of electrical building services installations and equipment is required. The SMSTS qualification is a must, and higher education project management qualifications are desirable.

Skills Required:

Excellent communication, multi-tasking, collaboration, commercial awareness, negotiation, and leadership skills are essential.

Remuneration:

Competitive salary ranging from 55,000 to 70,000, plus car allowance and comprehensive package. Open to candidates needing more training and experience, as well as those in similar roles.
