Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality and Compliance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our compliance function, you will be responsible for evaluating customer interactions, analyzing findings, and providing actionable insights to drive business improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct interaction monitoring and analysis to ensure regulatory compliance and business standards are met.
  • Provide internal operational support to drive excellent customer outcomes.
  • Maintain a detailed understanding of regulatory obligations, business processes, and department layouts.
  • Assess planned involuntary installation/mode switches to Prepayment Meters and judge whether actions taken meet code of conduct obligations.
  • Be prepared to challenge proposed installs or mode switches where necessary.
  • Post-install or mode switch assessment to evaluate compliance with code of conduct.

Requirements

  • Experience working in a regulated environment with a good understanding of risk and governance frameworks.
  • Excellent listening, comprehension, and analytical skills with a high attention to detail.
  • Articulate results and findings through excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient working experience with Google/Microsoft Packages (slides, sheets, documents).
  • Highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as a team.
  • Dedication to providing excellent customer service with the ability to drive results through others.
  • Process and procedure driven with a curiosity for knowledge, supporting ideas for continuous improvement.
