About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Employee Experience Partner to join our team at RSC. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for partnering with Regional, Franchisees, and Restaurants to execute Employee Experience Brand strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Launch and manage surveys, including the annual Employee Experience survey, Pulse survey, and employee lifecycle listening, ensuring timely execution and completion within deadlines, in partnership with Customer Experience (CX).
  • Gain a deep understanding of the survey tool, becoming a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and developing toolkits to share knowledge and upskill Business Units (BUs) and Franchisees (FZs).
  • Actively participate in regional initiatives, share local knowledge and experiences, and collaborate with other BUs within the region to address common challenges and opportunities.
  • Execute change management plans tailored to local needs, including training materials, communication, and progress tracking.
  • Present findings to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner, highlighting actionable recommendations to address identified issues.
  • Lead the action planning process to support HRBPS and develop insights to shape the roadmap for KFC UKI.
  • Partner with the CX team to support Experience Management analysis and provide feedback to Global on successes and opportunities, representing the voice of the BU/FZs.
  • Deliver training sessions and workshops to equip BUs/FZs with the skills and knowledge to enhance the employee/customer experience.
Requirements
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven project management skills and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in restaurant, training, and development preferred.
