We are seeking a highly skilled HR Business Partner to join our team at Acosta Europe. As an HR Business Partner, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of our business strategy by providing expert HR advice and guidance to our managers and employees.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide HR advice and guidance to managers and employees on employment law, company policies, and procedures.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders, including managers, employees, and external partners.

Education / Qualifications

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Previous experience in a similar role with an employee relations focus.
  • CIPD level 5 or working towards the qualification would be an advantage.
  • Familiar with regulations and governance pertaining to employment law in the UK.
  • Competent user of HRIS – Cascade would be an advantage.
