Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled HR Business Partner to join our team at Acosta Europe. As an HR Business Partner, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of our business strategy by providing expert HR advice and guidance to our managers and employees.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide HR advice and guidance to managers and employees on employment law, company policies, and procedures.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders, including managers, employees, and external partners.
- Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Conduct employee relations investigations and provide recommendations for resolution.
- Develop and implement HR initiatives to improve employee engagement and retention.
- Manage and maintain HR systems and processes, including HRIS and payroll.
- Provide data and insights to inform business decisions and drive business outcomes.
Requirements
- Strong professional interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with stakeholders at various levels.
- Excellent customer service or stakeholder management skills, with an ability to build rapport and trust.
- Adaptable, with a willingness to reprioritise based on operational or business needs.
- Strong multi-tasker who can plan, organise, follow-up and follow-through to task completion.
- Solutions-orientated.
- Good decision-making skills.

- Desire to grow and learn.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Education / Qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Previous experience in a similar role with an employee relations focus.
- CIPD level 5 or working towards the qualification would be an advantage.
- Familiar with regulations and governance pertaining to employment law in the UK.
- Competent user of HRIS – Cascade would be an advantage.
