As an Internal Sales and Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and growing our client's customer base, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and contributing to the achievement of sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and Maintain Relationships: Develop and maintain long-term, productive relationships with existing customers, understanding and pre-empting their unique needs.
  • Customer Service and Support: Respond to customer requests efficiently and courteously, aiming to resolve any potential issues and increase sales and revenues.
  • Sales and Business Development: Carry out prompt calls to develop and expand business with existing customers, promoting current and new product lines to both prospective and existing customers.
  • Order Processing and Follow-up: Process customer orders and follow up on quotes, outstanding orders, and other customer-related matters.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Liaise with customers, the sales team, and other company departments as required, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Previous Sales Experience: A minimum of 2 years' experience in sales, preferably in a business-to-business (B2B) setting.
  • Strong Communication Skills: First-class communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
  • Technical Skills: Competency in Microsoft Office applications and other relevant software.
  • Self-Motivation and Organization: Self-motivated with the ability to anticipate and meet deadlines, highly numerate, well-organized, and with outstanding attention to detail.
