36 hours per week, Monday to Friday (fully office-based)

We are seeking to enhance our team with a skilled Finance Operations Administrator to oversee the daily operations of transactional finance within a reputable manufacturing organization.

The ideal candidate will possess experience in both accounts payable and accounts receivable, and is looking for a stable environment to establish a long-term career.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Overseeing the credit control process
  • Regularly monitoring debtor balances
  • Following up on overdue payments
  • Providing weekly reports on aged debtors
  • Processing sales ledger transactions, including the issuance of invoices and credit notes
  • Managing cash book entries and reconciliations
  • Recording and reconciling financial transactions
  • Handling purchase ledger activities
  • Entering purchase invoices from vendors
  • Performing miscellaneous administrative tasks (such as scanning, filing, and answering calls)

Candidate Requirements:
  • Previous experience in an Accounts or Finance Administrator role is preferred
  • A proactive self-starter with strong communication and organizational abilities
  • Proficient IT and administrative skills are essential
