Finance Administrator required to provide support to the Facilities Management team for a trusted service contractor based in Sheffield. This is a newly created role due to business needs/demands.

Following an MBO over 10 years ago the business relishes in the strong, positive and progressive culture inherited from the founding family. They have experienced year on year growth and the business recently invested in a new division to drive the future growth of the business.

Reporting to the Finance Manager duties will include:

- Purchase order processing, delivery note and invoice matching.
- Tracking outstanding orders, invoices and authorisations and query resolution.
- Credit control using both written and verbal communication.
- Monitoring of timesheets and times logged against the internal system.
- Establishing and maintaining internal and external relationships.
- Other ad hoc duties as required.

The person:

- Previous accounts/administration experience is desirable.
- You must have excellent organisation skills.
- You will be proactive and be able to take ownership.
- Good IT skills are required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to £25,000.00 per year
