**Main Duties and Responsibilities of the Administrator**:

- You will assist a contracts Manager primarily with processing final accounts submitting variations and other general admin duties associated with a construction project.
- Experience in final accounting or insurance projects would be beneficial.
- Ideally you would have good inter-personal skills.
- You will become a member of a busy office, with members having individual targets as well as group targets so there is a need to work together to perform all tasks.
- Strong excel and data entry skills are beneficial.
- You will receive continual training and development in the role and will be expected to assist the team.
