**Responsibilities**:
Process purchase orders, delivery notes, and invoices, ensuring accurate matching.

Track outstanding orders, invoices, and authorizations, resolving queries promptly.

Input sales and purchase invoices into Facilities Management and Finance systems.

Actively manage the Accounts inbox and provide support to the administration team.

Conduct credit control and perform supplier statement reconciliations.

Complete reconciliations between customer portals and Facilities Management system.

Assist the Finance team in month-end and year-end processes.

Monitor timesheets and job-related time logging in the Facilities Management system.

Utilize software packages such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel for documentation and record-keeping.

Organize and store paperwork, documents, and computer-based information.

Liaise with staff in other departments and external contacts as necessary.

Prepare documentation adhering to internal processes in line with ISO standards.

Collaborate with the Health and Safety Forum and Human Resources Coordinator for Learning and Development initiatives.

Perform any other duties within the scope of the role as required by the business.

Relevant qualifications or business experience related to the position.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and accounting software.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently, following policies and procedures accurately.

Strong prioritization skills and the ability to meet deadlines.

Exceptional communication skills.
