**Key Responsibilities**

We are seeking a skilled Senior Finance Officer to join our team at Page Personnel Finance.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the administration and reconciliation of all UK and international bank accounts, working proactively with treasurers to record all transactions and reconciling prizes, awards, and scholarship payments.

**Key Accountabilities**

  • Reconcile all main bank accounts on a weekly basis and regional/international accounts monthly, including posting all items on the bank statements.
  • Provide administrative support to regional/international treasurers, including assistance with monitoring budgets and attendance at seminars.
  • Work collaboratively with budget holders and treasurers to support the delivery of the monthly budget monitoring information and year-end audit deliverables.
  • Assist with staff expense payments and other balance sheet control account reconciliations, and maintain the fixed asset register.
  • Support the internal and external audit process, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of financial records.
