At Recruit UK | Certified B Corp&, we are working with a leading Financial Planning and Private Client Investment Management company based in Sheffield on a Financial Planning Administrator role.

The successful candidate will participate in all aspects of client service administration, providing support to a growing team of Financial Planners and Paraplanners. From new business submissions to handling client queries, you will be integral to the client process.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing administrative support to the Financial Planning team
  • Assisting with new business submissions and client onboarding
  • Handling client queries and resolving issues
  • Supporting the team with data entry and record-keeping

Requirements:

  • Financial Services Administration experience preferably from within the wealth management or investment sector
  • Basic Compliance and regulatory knowledge
  • Microsoft Word and Excel skills and excellent written communication
  • Experience using client management systems
  • Understanding of provider platforms and online services
