We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Financial Administrator to join our team at Perspective Financial Group Ltd. As a key member of our administration team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional support to our clients and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality administrative support to our clients and colleagues, including responding to queries and resolving issues.
  • Assist with the production of business correspondence, including letters and reports.
  • Manage client records and ensure accurate and compliant data entry.
  • Support the team with various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and photocopying.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues, providing exceptional customer service and support.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience working in a financial planning firm or similar industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Highly organized and efficient, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software packages.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
