We are seeking an experienced IFA Administrator to support our Financial Advisers in providing high-quality services to clients. Key responsibilities include sending letters of authority, chasing providers for information, and keeping clients updated on case progress. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of the IFA process, regulatory requirements, and product knowledge across Pensions, retirement Planning, and Investments. Excellent communication skills and the ability to prioritize workloads are essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Send letters of authority to financial providers
  • Chase providers for required information
  • Keep clients updated on the progress of their cases
  • Issue advice recommendation packs to clients
  • Submit advice and annual review reports via the Intelliflo back office system

The successful candidate will have 1-3 years of experience working as an Administrator within a Financial Planning / Financial Services firm. If you have experience of using the Aviva platform, it would be an advantage.
