Senior Administration Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administration and Operations Manager to join our team at Veolia. As an Assistant Administration Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the Senior Management Team and contributing to the success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Line management of up to 7 administrators and administrative functions and processes across Veolia Sheffield sites
- Movement around two sites (to support on-site and off-site/remote admin) when needed
- Delegation of work tasks, ensuring quality of work at all times
- Data download, manipulation, interrogation, analysis, and reporting; processing of data and feeding into monthly bills
- Supporting Senior Management Team with information requests or task completion by team
Requirements:
- Good Excel skills, confident user
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
