Job Title: CRM Manager for Grosvenor Venues

We are seeking a highly skilled CRM Manager to join our team at Grosvenor Casinos Limited. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and customer retention through effective retention, upsell, and cross-sell campaigns.

In this dynamic role, you will employ a well-calculated test and learn strategy across various customer marketing mediums such as direct marketing, content personalization, and outbound communication. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute cross-channel customer contact strategies that enhance customer experiences and drive multi-channel revenue.

You will analyze the performance of our customer marketing activities, conducting thorough post-campaign analyses to evaluate key financial and customer behavior indicators. Additionally, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the quality and consistency of our CRM programs across the brand portfolio, overseeing contact volumes and frequencies to ensure effective communication with our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute retention, upsell, and cross-sell campaigns to drive revenue growth
  • Employ a test and learn strategy across various customer marketing mediums
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute cross-channel customer contact strategies
  • Analyze the performance of customer marketing activities and conduct post-campaign analyses
  • Maintain the quality and consistency of CRM programs across the brand portfolio
Requirements:
  • Demonstratable experience in interpreting data and turning it into insightful campaign executions
  • Strong Excel skills required
  • Ability to identify and prioritize stakeholders with effective communications skills
  • Demonstrates determination and purpose to deliver and achieve the best results for the organization
  • Experience with Adobe Campaign or other large-scale ESPs delivering complex automation flows
  • Basic technical HTML or SQL knowledge
