Wildlife Trust Programme Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Programme Development Officer to join our team at The Wildlife Trust. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing large-scale nature restoration programmes across Wales.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement nature restoration programmes in partnership with Wildlife Trusts and other stakeholders
- Work with Wildlife Trust staff to develop and deliver programme plans and models that build revenues for nature's recovery
- Provide expertise and capacity to support the development of nature restoration projects
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify opportunities for nature restoration and develop strategies for implementation
- Develop and maintain accurate records and reports to track programme progress and outcomes
- Proven experience in nature restoration and programme development
- Strong understanding of issues facing nature and the importance of collaborative working
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders
- Ability to take the initiative and lead the effective delivery of programme development
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively
