Position Overview

This role presents an exciting opportunity to advance your career as a Holiday Park Receptionist within a dynamic, innovative, and enjoyable setting where people are prioritized. The successful candidate will be a committed team player with outstanding customer service abilities, a genuine enjoyment of engaging with the public, and the capacity to perform well under pressure. A positive, adaptable mindset and a self-motivated approach are essential.

Flexibility Requirements

Please note that this role requires flexibility, including weekend and occasional evening shifts, and may involve working at various parks as needed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver a warm and welcoming experience to all guests and visitors at all times.
  • Provide local insights and recommendations to enhance guests' holiday experiences.
  • Ensure a smooth check-in process, creating a positive first impression of our team.
  • Share knowledge about the park's facilities and activities, suggesting options that families may enjoy.
  • Prepare for guest arrivals by organizing welcome packs and making courtesy calls.
  • Document any maintenance or repair needs promptly to ensure timely resolutions for guests.
  • Address customer complaints effectively, ensuring guests can return to enjoying their holiday.
  • Perform any additional duties as assigned by management.
  • Always treat every guest and owner with the respect and positivity you would expect.

Job Type: Full-time permanent positions available.

Compensation: National Living Wage, with potential for discretionary commission on holiday bookings.

Work Schedule:

  • 8-hour shifts.
  • One weekend working day required.

Supplemental Pay: Discretionary commission payments available.
