Position Overview

The successful candidate will be a committed team player with outstanding customer service abilities, a genuine enjoyment of interacting with the public, and the capacity to thrive under pressure. A positive and adaptable mindset, along with self-motivation and initiative, are essential traits for this position.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a warm and inviting welcome to all guests and visitors consistently.
- Share local insights and recommendations to enhance guests' holiday experiences.
- Ensure a seamless check-in process, creating a memorable first impression.
- Engage with guests about the park's facilities and activities, suggesting enjoyable options for families.
- Prepare for guest arrivals by organizing welcome packs and making courtesy calls.
- Document and report any maintenance or repair needs promptly to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Address customer complaints effectively, ensuring guests can return to enjoying their holiday.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
- Maintain a friendly and positive demeanor, treating every guest with the respect and care you would expect.
Job Type: Full-time permanent positions available.
Compensation: National Living Wage, with potential for discretionary commission on holiday bookings.
Schedule:
- 8-hour shifts.
- Weekend availability required.
Supplemental Pay: Discretionary commission payments.
