We are seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Technician to join our team at Lyons Holiday Parks. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the electrical systems across our parks, hotels, and restaurants are safe, efficient, and meet the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and repair electrical problems in commercial and electrical systems, ensuring minimal disruption to our operations.
  • Fault find, rewire, and monitor electrical installations across the group, adhering to manufacturer standards and industry regulations.
  • Conduct routine maintenance and testing on commercial and domestic electrical systems, ensuring installations are safe and compliant.
  • Rewire faulty electrical systems, including lighting, heating, and alarms, to prevent downtime and ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Adhere to policies and procedures, including Health and Safety, to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Provide professional assessments and advice to colleagues and management, ensuring electrical systems are optimized for efficiency and safety.

Requirements:

  • Excellent quality workmanship and attention to detail, upholding company standards.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, using your initiative to resolve electrical issues.
  • Exceptional customer service skills, responding to customer queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Highly competent and confident in trade skills, with a strong understanding of electrical systems and regulations.
  • Knowledge of NICEIC and familiarity with requirements, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Flexible and adaptable, working to the needs of the business and responding to changing priorities.
  • Inspect & Test qualification BS2391 (or equivalent), demonstrating a strong understanding of electrical safety and testing procedures.
  • Full driving licence, as you will be working across all parks and locations.
