Job Opportunity
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Holiday Park Receptionist. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing a warm and friendly welcome to our guests, sharing your knowledge of the area, and ensuring a smooth check-in process.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to all guests and visitors
- Offer local information and recommendations to enhance our guests' holiday experience
- Prepare welcome packs and make courtesy telephone calls to ensure a great first impression
- Process maintenance and repair requests promptly to ensure guest satisfaction
- Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Perform other duties as requested by your Manager
Requirements
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team
- Positive and flexible attitude
- Ability to take initiative and work independently
Working Arrangements
- Full-time permanent position
- Part-time over 3 days or fixed-term contract available
- Salary: up to £11.44 per hour plus discretionary commission payments
