Front Desk Coordinator

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Front Desk Coordinator to join our team at The Cambian Group. As the first point of contact for visitors, you will provide exceptional customer service and ensure the smooth running of the College.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take calls for the college and transfer to the appropriate person, providing a message-handling service and keeping accurate call logs.
- Greet all visitors and ensure the sign-in/out log is utilised.
- Manage the vehicle booking system, ensuring vehicles are booked for tutors and keys are signed in and out accordingly.
- Assume responsibility for ordering and stock replenishment of site stationery, keeping an accurate log of all purchases.
- Provide additional general administrative support, including typing documents, photocopying, franking, binding, sorting, and distributing mail, and ensuring publicity material at reception is kept up to date.
