**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our sales and service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Provide outstanding customer service and support to clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Sell memberships and promote our services to clients, both in-person and over the phone.
  • Responsible for scheduling appointments and providing clients with personalized massage service advice.
  • Promote our internal upgrades and services, such as hot stones, scalp massage, and aromatherapy.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer experiences.
  • Participate in promotional activities and events to drive sales and brand awareness.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and provide regular feedback to management.

**Requirements**

  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week and be flexible with scheduling.
  • Fluent in English, spoken and written, and eligible to work in the UK.
  • Previous sales or customer service experience, preferably in a retail or service-based environment.
