Job Title: Head of Operations

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Operations to join our team at Corecruitment Ltd. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities and operational functions, ensuring the seamless execution of our services across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Management: Develop and implement operating budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and agility.
  • Strategic Guidance: Provide financial guidance to support business growth and development.
  • Day-to-Day Operations: Manage outsourced transactional finance relationships and ensure the accuracy and integrity of all financial data and functions.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously monitor and improve internal processes and controls, ensuring compliance with all health and safety and other statutory regulations.
  • Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with banks, external accountants, and other key stakeholders.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and present financial information to the leadership team and other key personnel.
  • Project Management: Oversee project budgets to ensure revenue maximization and cost minimization.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications: ACA/ACCA qualification or equivalent.
  • Experience: Financial Controller/Head of Finance experience within an Events or Hospitality business.
  • Skills: Strong Excel and data analysis skills, with a logical and proactive approach to issue resolution.
  • Personal Qualities: Self-starter with a flexible mindset, able to deal with changing deliverables and objectives.
