Position Overview

We are currently seeking an Assistant Manager for Sales Operations to join a renowned global lifestyle beauty brand. This role will focus on the UK and European markets, providing an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing organization.

The successful candidate will oversee a dedicated team of three, including two members located in London and one in Paris. This is a pivotal moment for the company, and your leadership will be crucial.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the EU/UK Sales Operations team, ensuring timely processing of all orders within established service level agreements (SLAs) and accurate entry into the ERP system.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of customer needs to facilitate informed prioritization.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with customer Supply Chain and EDI teams to guarantee precise execution of purchase orders through the ERP system.
  • Collaborate with Supply Planning and Logistics to gain insights into incoming stock timelines, aiding in effective order fulfillment decisions.
  • Work closely with Demand Planning to uphold allocation strategies for new product launches and ensure timely deliveries to all clients.
  • Design and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for sales order management, ensuring adherence across various teams.
  • Maintain proactive communication with Commercial teams, Retail Partners, and Third-Party Vendors to keep stakeholders informed about order status.
  • Oversee month-end Sales Operations processes to finalize financial records, adjusting open sales orders as necessary and ensuring all shipped orders are invoiced correctly.
Candidate Profile
  • Experience: A minimum of 3 years in Customer Operations, Order Management, Supply Chain, or related fields.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven experience in a managerial or leadership role is essential.
  • Commercial Acumen: Strong understanding of customer service principles and practices.
  • Adaptability: Ability to manage changing priorities and multiple demands in a fast-paced environment.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, requiring two days in the office and occasional travel to Paris.

Compensation: Competitive salary up to £50,000, along with excellent benefits and perks.
