Responsibilities of the Client Relations Coordinator include:

Providing a high standard of customer service; addressing customer inquiries, concerns, compliments, and feedback across Pets Corner. Taking ownership of customer issues and inquiries, ensuring they are resolved with confidence and professionalism. Collaborating with various departments within Pets Corner, including senior management, to maintain a customer-centric approach. Composing detailed and informative customer correspondence for approval from senior management while upholding professionalism and courtesy during challenging discussions. Identifying and suggesting areas for enhancement within the company based on customer insights, with a commitment to implementing improvements. Assisting our customer service team with daily interactions via email and phone, offering recommendations, conversions, and resolving issues as they arise. Staying informed about the latest product and nutritional knowledge to provide confident and expert recommendations to customers. Enhancing our customer service experience and fostering loyalty. Serving as a direct link between in-store customers and the Customer Relations Manager to promote improvements.

Work schedule details:

24 hours per week, working three full days from 9 am to 6 pm, within a Monday to Saturday framework. Fully office-based position, with no remote work options. Comprehensive training and support in our policies, procedures, and systems will be provided.
