This position involves working within a compact Facilities team, providing essential support to the firm's operations on a daily basis.
Key Responsibilities:
· Overseeing the management of office and supply inventory.
· Managing and distributing incoming correspondence.
· Assisting with onboarding and temporary arrangements for new staff.
· Addressing general maintenance inquiries.
· Supporting office relocations.
· Contributing to fire safety and health compliance initiatives.
· Occasionally providing assistance with front desk responsibilities.
