AECOM is seeking a Senior Project Management Lead to enhance our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Your daily activities will encompass a variety of tasks, including but not limited to:


• Requirement: Proven experience in managing project delivery across RIBA Stages 0 to 7 is essential.


• Engagement in projects that integrate multiple services from regional offices, particularly within the Scottish healthcare sector.


• Handling complexities such as projects involving legal disputes, environmental considerations, and due diligence.


• Operate primarily with autonomy while receiving foundational guidance on specific tasks, objectives, intricate features, and potential solutions.


• Obtain technical advice on atypical or complex challenges and secure supervisory consent on proposed project plans.


• Potentially oversee senior engineers across various disciplines, along with project administration, controls, scheduling, cost management, estimating, and procurement teams.

As the ideal candidate, you will have experience in our primary healthcare markets, along with the following qualifications:

  • Degree Qualified – BSc or MSc in Project Management or a related construction or engineering field.
  • Professionally Qualified – preferably holding Chartered Project Manager status with RICS, APM, CIOB, or an equivalent institution.
  • Accredited NEC4 Project Manager.
  • Experience in managing or coordinating the NHS Scotland Assure KSAR process.
