AECOM is seeking a Senior Project Manager to contribute to our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

Your daily activities will encompass a variety of tasks and responsibilities, including but not limited to:

  • Project Delivery: Demonstrated experience in managing projects through RIBA Stages 0 to 7 is essential.
  • Healthcare Projects: Involvement in projects that require collaboration across multiple services from regional offices, particularly within the Scottish healthcare sector.
  • Complex Project Management: Experience with projects that may involve legal issues, environmental considerations, and due diligence.
  • Independent Work: Ability to work autonomously while receiving guidance on specific tasks, objectives, and complex challenges.
  • Technical Guidance: Seek technical advice for unusual or complex issues and obtain supervisory approval for project plans.
  • Team Leadership: Potential to oversee senior engineers across various disciplines, along with project administration, controls, scheduling, cost management, estimating, and procurement.
Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications:

  • Degree in Project Management or a related field (BSc or MSc).
  • Professional accreditation, ideally as a Chartered Project Manager with RICS, APM, CIOB, or a similar institution.
  • NEC4 Project Manager accreditation.
  • Experience with the NHS Scotland Assure KSAR process.
