About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Children's Book Marketing and Promotions Specialist to join our team at Eminent Productions.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented marketing professional to help us launch our first children's book, 'Home', and promote our brand in the children's book market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to promote our children's book, 'Home', and increase brand awareness in the market.
  • Design and execute effective promotional campaigns to reach our target audience, including parents, educators, and children's book enthusiasts.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including book retailers, distributors, and industry professionals.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform marketing decisions.
  • Collaborate with our author and creative team to ensure alignment with our brand vision and messaging.

Requirements:

  • At least three years of experience in children's book marketing and promotions, with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong knowledge of the children's book market, including trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
  • Ability to think creatively and develop innovative marketing solutions.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools, including social media, email marketing, and analytics software.

What We Offer:

We are offering a competitive freelance rate of £200 per day for a total of 25 days work, spread over two months. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a dynamic and innovative company, and to be part of the launch of our first children's book.
