We are seeking a seasoned Human Resources professional to join our team as a Senior HR Manager at Law Support. This is a key role within our organization, responsible for providing strategic HR leadership and support to our European offices.

The successful candidate will be a key member of our HR management team, working closely with our Director of Administration and other stakeholders to ensure the delivery of a superior HR service. The role will involve:

  • Developing and implementing HR initiatives to drive employee engagement and a positive company culture.
  • Providing HR leadership and guidance to our London-based HR team.
  • Monitoring HR trends and overseeing the development of HR policies and procedures.
  • Managing the annual performance evaluation and compensation review processes.
  • Supervising our secretarial team and leading on performance management.
  • Collaborating with our internal stakeholders to develop HR policies and procedures.
  • Working closely with our Benefits team to ensure the maintenance of a competitive benefits offering.
  • Providing advice and guidance on all employee relations matters.
  • Managing European ER issues in line with our firm's policy.
  • Overseeing the team and supporting with onboarding duties and employee requests.
  • Working with our Training and DEI colleagues from an HR perspective.
  • Assisting with HR projects as required.

This is an excellent opportunity for a driven HR professional with 5+ years of HR management experience gained from within a City/US law firm, to join our collaborative and dynamic team. Suitable applicants will have a strong working knowledge of employment law and HR best practices, the ability to work with a variety of stakeholders on an international level, and be fully or part CIPD qualified.

A highly competitive salary range is on offer, dependent upon experience, plus benefits and hybrid working.
