Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting across the finance department, ensuring that all transactions are executed accurately and promptly.
  • Creating, issuing, and managing invoices efficiently.
  • Actively pursuing outstanding payments by reaching out to clients via phone.
  • Conducting daily bank reconciliations.
  • Utilizing Sage Line 50 for the entry and maintenance of precise financial data.
Candidate Profile:

We are looking for a Financial Operations Coordinator who possesses:

  • Preferably, prior experience in a finance or administrative capacity.
  • Strong analytical abilities.
  • A proficiency with numbers, complemented by advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and pride in their work.
  • The capability to meet deadlines in a dynamic work environment.

Working Conditions: This is a full-time, permanent position requiring 37.5 hours of work per week, Monday to Friday, with the benefit of complimentary on-site parking.
