Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting across the finance department, ensuring that all transactions are executed accurately and promptly.
- Creating, issuing, and managing invoices efficiently.
- Actively pursuing outstanding payments by reaching out to clients via phone.
- Conducting daily bank reconciliations.
- Utilizing Sage Line 50 for the entry and maintenance of precise financial data.
We are looking for a Financial Operations Coordinator who possesses:
- Preferably, prior experience in a finance or administrative capacity.
- Strong analytical abilities.
- A proficiency with numbers, complemented by advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and pride in their work.
- The capability to meet deadlines in a dynamic work environment.
Working Conditions: This is a full-time, permanent position requiring 37.5 hours of work per week, Monday to Friday, with the benefit of complimentary on-site parking.
Compensation: The client is offering a competitive salary along with benefits that include comprehensive healthcare, enhanced sick leave, and 30 days of annual leave (inclusive of public holidays).
