About the Role
Sytner Group is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Service Administrator to join their Aftersales Department. This critical role supports the Service Manager and Service Advisors in ensuring customers receive exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer all preparation work required for vehicle arrivals, adhering to strict processes and quality standards.
- Support the service team with telephone enquiries, completing invoicing, and examining paperwork to ensure quality standards are met.
- Carry out self-audits before filing and maintain accurate records.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have previous experience in a similar administrative role, with strong administration skills and the ability to prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment. You will be extremely organized, have high attention to detail, and be a great team player.
