About the Role

Four Recruitment Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Sales and Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, building and maintaining successful partnerships with customers, colleagues, and suppliers, and consistently generating profitable outcomes for the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Deliver excellent customer service through various channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
  • Partnerships: Build and maintain successful partnerships with customers, colleagues, and suppliers to achieve long-term customer and supplier loyalty.
  • Sales: Consistently generate profitable outcomes for the business through effective use of sales techniques and resources.
  • Query Resolution: Manage customer and supplier queries related to invoices, orders, and stock.
  • Relationship Development: Understand the customer cycle and develop relationships to drive sales and growth.
  • Digital Channels: Embrace all digital channels to enhance the customer offering by proactively promoting the company's websites.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with customers, colleagues, and suppliers to support promotions, sales events, supplier promotions, and new product launches.
  • IT Systems: Utilize IT systems, including Microsoft Office, Teams, and Chat, to support the customer experience.
  • Additional Responsibilities: Support other areas of the business as required.
Requirements
  • Experience: Experience working in a highly competitive customer-focused role, preferably in e-commerce.
  • Customer Enquiries: Taking inbound customer enquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Sales Quotations: Providing timely and accurate sales quotations, stock checking, and product advice.
  • Customer Journeys: Owning customer journeys from start-to-finish, liaising and building relationships with suppliers to provide updates and resolutions.
  • Enquiry Follow-up: Proactively following up enquiries and quotations and chasing up suppliers on customer-related issues.
  • Order Processing: Processing a high volume of orders efficiently and with a keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy.
  • Customer Centricity: Being customer-centric with a customer service background.
  • Fast-paced Environment: Having experience working in a fast-paced role while maintaining a consistent eye for detail.
  • Flexibility: Having a flexible approach and an ability to work under pressure.
