Position Overview: E-Commerce Strategy Advisor

Amazon UK Services Ltd. has been a leading platform since its inception, providing extensive digital retail space for a diverse array of individuals and businesses globally. The Strategic Account Services Pro Program is designed for medium and large enterprises, delivering strategic insights through data-centric and customer-oriented methodologies. As a consultant within this program, your focus will encompass Portfolio Enhancement, Product Display, Advertising Tactics, Promotional Strategies, Fulfillment Optimization, and Brand Development.

In the role of E-Commerce Strategy Advisor, you will manage a portfolio of 12-14 businesses, guiding them to thrive by mastering the key aspects of selling on Amazon. This position allows you to take charge of various initiatives, contribute to the evolution of the program, and cultivate expertise in specific areas.

Your responsibilities will involve close collaboration with Amazon colleagues at both national and European levels.

Job Summary:

The Strategic Account Services (SAS) program is dedicated to improving the experience for customers and Selling Partners by working directly with them to enhance value, selection, and convenience on the platform. The team is committed to innovation across technology, processes, and personnel to foster program growth and elevate seller engagement and satisfaction.

The SAS Pro program is in search of a proactive E-Commerce Strategy Advisor to assist Selling Partners and drive the expansion of newly introduced Paid Services programs aimed at experienced sellers across various categories.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing a portfolio of 12-14 Selling Partners to stimulate revenue growth through a comprehensive understanding of marketplace programs and tools.
  • Evaluating customer data to offer strategic recommendations that enhance seller potential.
  • Implementing and monitoring metrics to assess seller success and identify avenues for growth.
  • Engaging with prospective Selling Partners for SAS based on their specific needs.
  • Utilizing CRM systems to track account details and sales progress.
  • Delivering comprehensive business reviews to clients.
  • Developing an in-depth understanding of the Amazon Marketplace ecosystem.
  • Managing projects related to the newly launched Paid Service program.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
  • BA/BSc degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of 1 year in sales or account management.
  • Strong analytical capabilities, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Proven ability to influence stakeholders at all organizational levels.
  • Track record of surpassing sales targets through a consultative approach.
  • Passion for enhancing customer experiences and translating needs into actionable requirements.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguous environments.
