In the role of E-Commerce Strategy Advisor, you will oversee a selection of 12-14 client accounts, assisting them in mastering the fundamentals of selling online. This position allows you to take charge of various initiatives, contribute to the evolution of the program, and cultivate expertise in specific domains.

Your responsibilities will involve close collaboration with Amazon colleagues across national and European markets.

Job Summary:

The Strategic Account Services (SAS) initiative at Amazon is dedicated to improving the experience for both customers and Selling Partners by working directly with them to enhance value, selection, and convenience on the platform. The team is committed to innovation in technology, processes, and personnel to drive growth and elevate seller engagement and satisfaction.

The SAS Pro program is in search of a proactive E-Commerce Strategy Advisor to assist Selling Partners and facilitate the expansion of newly introduced Paid Services programs aimed at experienced sellers across various categories.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing a portfolio of 12-14 Selling Partners to stimulate revenue growth through a comprehensive understanding of marketplace tools and programs.
  • Evaluating customer data to provide strategic insights that enhance seller performance.
  • Establishing and monitoring metrics to assess seller success and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Engaging with potential Selling Partners for SAS based on their specific needs.
  • Utilizing CRM systems to maintain account information and track sales progress.
  • Delivering business reviews to clients to ensure alignment and progress.
  • Developing a thorough understanding of the Amazon Marketplace ecosystem.
  • Managing projects related to the newly launched Paid Service program.
