This role is well-suited for a Mechanical Engineer or a professional with a Plant or Agricultural background who is eager to transition into a supervisory position within a company that offers extensive training and optional overtime.
Key Responsibilities:
- Field service maintenance and repair of plant and agricultural machinery
- Support the Supervisor in team management and task delegation
- Guide and mentor apprentice engineers
- Standard working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5 PM, totaling 39 hours
- Overtime compensation: 1.5x for the first 4 hours, and 2x thereafter
- Mechanical Engineer or equivalent
- Experience in Plant or Agricultural sectors
