Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and direct a portfolio of compliance transformation projects within the Capital Markets sector.

  • Track and communicate the status of compliance transformation projects.
  • Identify and manage risks and challenges associated with the portfolio, ensuring effective mitigation strategies are implemented.

  • A profound understanding of the banking sector, particularly Capital Markets.
  • In-depth knowledge of capital markets instruments.
  • Experience in managing various compliance initiatives such as EMIR, MIFID, ESG, EU AI, T+1, CRD6, DORA.
  • Proven track record in leading large-scale compliance transformation projects.
