POSITION SUMMARY
An exciting opportunity has emerged for an Industrial Sales Manager to play a crucial role in the organization. This position focuses on achieving specific sales growth objectives within designated industrial lubricant markets. Success in this role will be primarily assessed based on the ability to identify, cultivate, and secure profitable new sales, alongside maintaining existing client relationships.
- Enhancing market presence and sales by fostering and sustaining robust relationships with both current and potential clients.
- Evaluating, analyzing, and comprehending new business prospects, followed by strategic planning and execution.
- Exhibiting project management skills to oversee business opportunities, including the preparation and presentation of sales proposals.
- Upholding a comprehensive understanding of key products and processes relevant to the industry.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Experience in selling to the industrial manufacturing sector, with a broad understanding of various markets and applications.
- Ideal candidates will demonstrate self-motivation, determination, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service as part of a collaborative team.
- Possessing market insights and connections, along with awareness of competitive dynamics.
- Proven track record of achieving profitable sales growth through the sale of high-quality technical solutions, ideally with a background in lubricants.
The role requires exemplary organizational and time management capabilities.
- Proficiency in computer skills and numerical analysis is essential, along with the ability to craft sales proposals and deliver professional presentations to clients.
- Strong communication skills are necessary to build and maintain relationships across various levels, from operational staff to executive management, encompassing technical, purchasing, and production departments.
